Personally, I think the largest reason is the fact that you can get into a fairly competitive game in less than 5 minutes that has a consistent roster with up to 4 of your friends. There’s a number of games that have had this feature, but it was minimal compared to the different ways you can get into a game. Outside of bots, it’s your only option in LoL and Dota. As a result, you have a constantly healthy queue filled with people so you can get in a good game.
The next portion is the leaver aspect. Jump into a CoD game or even something like Tribes: Ascend, and the rosters are in a constant state of flux. These FPS drops are unavoidable on even newer high-end machines as far as I know and I was wondering how it would be viewed in reflection of the video quality. Deadpool PC Port has very very bad FPS drops when loading new zones, like hit by a truck drops, and then has one section where in the beginning of the game where you have to inflate a bouncy castle that will also drop the FPS, however not nearly to the same degree.
The only thing I can suggest to help the frame rate drops is to drop all the graphics settings to low, and reload a save at an area you know is going to have the frame drops. If they clear up, start bumping your settings one at a time until you find the culprit. Unfortunately I can’t find anything concrete as to the problem behind the framerate drops, but I do know it uses the Unreal 3 engine so it shouldn’t be that bad. Maybe try playing with CPU affinity and compatibility options.

I want to be able to have different set pieces for different circumstances. Having only 1 set piece makes gearing way too one-dimensional. The problem I have with ESO is, and not for nothing, the game is too easy, plain and simple, and PvP is a Zerg fest, which I have heard they will be doing more arena style pvp, but even with that, some of those classes like the Templar, makes me want to pull my molars. I remember when the Jesus beam did ridiculous damage and these flavor of the month players just abused that.
Not to mention the long horse rides through the plains…but if youre into that sort of thing, enjoy the ride? One last thing, you cannot deny their undaunted key system is a complete and utter nightmare.
